Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Summary- Play a vital role in supporting the health and readiness of service members, veterans, and their families.
- Deliver comprehensive psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic services.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioral health needs.
- Coordinate care with community and governmental agencies.
- Independently assess patients' and families' psychosocial functioning and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, groups, couples, and families.
- Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and government agencies for additional services.
- Utilize medical and mental health diagnoses and knowledge of treatment procedures for acute, chronic, and traumatic conditions.
- Implement evidence-based treatment modalities to address a range of psychiatric, medical, and social concerns.
- Offer consultation to healthcare staff regarding psychosocial needs and support adherence to treatment plans.
- Participate in professional peer review, case conferences, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Practice within the full scope of licensure, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an LCSW within the last two years.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Demonstrates strong clinical assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy skills.
