Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Summary
- Provide specialized clinical services for individuals facing addiction, PTSD, and other behavioral health challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions as assigned, utilizing program curriculum and evidence-based methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop, implement, and update master treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate referrals to community resources.
- Maintain regular communication with clients’ families, referral sources, and other service providers as necessary.
- Complete all required clinical documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, integrated summaries, problem lists, treatment plans, session notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all practices adhere to state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and medical needs criteria.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health discipline.
- Current, active licensure in one of the following (as per state regulations): LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical), LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist), LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor).
- Minimum licensure considered: LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LGMFT (Licensed Graduate Marriage & Family Therapist), LGADC (Licensed Graduate Alcohol & Drug Counselor).
- At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health or addiction treatment field (additional training may substitute for one year of experience).
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, with attention to compliance and confidentiality.
