Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Property & Casualty (P&C) – Summary- Full-time, in-office position supporting a State Farm Agent in Lakewood Ranch, FL
- Requires active Florida insurance license (2-15, 2-20, or 4-40)
- Customer service role focused on both English and Spanish-speaking clients
- Integral to agency growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers regarding insurance eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing inquiries
- Educate customers about insurance products using a needs-based, customer-focused approach
- Demonstrate a consistent work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Prepare comprehensive activity reports for agent review
- Remain current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and continuing education
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution
