To qualify for the Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) position, candidates must possess a valid Pennsylvania LBS certification, which includes holding a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and successful completion of the state licensure process. Prior experience working in K-12 special education settings is required, with a demonstrated ability in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
