- Administer and manage employee leave programs, including FMLA and related policies
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and internal regulations concerning leave of absence

Duties & Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and process FMLA leave requests and associated documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and company-specific leave policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR teams and management on leave administration and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee leave records using HR systems
- Communicate clearly with employees regarding eligibility, leave status updates, and return-to-work expectations
- Monitor leave timelines, proactively coordinate return-to-work processes, and manage any required accommodations
- Provide education and training to employees and managers regarding FMLA regulations, procedures, and best practices
- Support audits, reporting, and ongoing compliance initiatives related to leave programs
