As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a trusted resource for current tenants. Applicants for the Leasing Consultant position should have at least one year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality. Successful candidates will be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while college coursework or a real estate license is a plus.
