Leasing Consultant - Summary- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and visitors
- Facilitate property tours, highlight amenities, and explain available floor plans
- Assist with lease applications, approvals, and move-in processes
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Support resident relations and coordinate with management and maintenance teams
- Greet and engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present community features
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Qualify prospects, explain lease terms, fees, and application requirements
- Prepare and execute lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documentation
- Track leads and leasing activity using property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
- Coordinate with maintenance and management for unit readiness and resident concerns
- Follow up with prospects and residents to support leasing and occupancy goals
- Participate in marketing and community events
- Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy targets set by management

- Minimum of 1 year experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
