Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and conduct informative property tours, showcasing amenities and available floor plans to highlight community features.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring a positive first impression for all prospects.
- Qualify prospective residents, clearly explain lease terms, fees, and application requirements, and guide applicants through the entire leasing process.
- Prepare, review, and execute lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documentation with precision and in compliance with company standards.
- Stay informed about current unit availability, pricing, incentives, and community promotions to provide accurate information to prospects and residents.
- Consistently follow up with leads, using property management software such as Yardi or RealPage, to track progress and convert prospects into residents.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure units are ready for move-in and promptly address resident concerns or escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage resident relations by handling issues courteously and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed established leasing and occupancy targets, regularly reporting activity and performance metrics to the property management team.
- Participate actively in community marketing activities, including online listings, social media promotions, open houses, and events to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills necessary to interact effectively with a diverse population of residents and prospects.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation are essential to representing the apartment community positively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment; reliability and punctuality are expected.

- Proficiency with computers, including property management/CRM software (preferably Yardi), and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to facilitate off-site showings as required by the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college coursework or real estate licensing is a plus.
