- 3-5 years of experience administering an enterprise learning management system (LMS).
- Strong understanding of backend configuration, system security, metadata management, and automation workflows.
- Experience supporting system integrations between the LMS and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
