Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive leak detection on water lines, sewer lines, slabs, and walls for both residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize advanced technology, including acoustic listening devices, thermal imaging cameras, tracer gas, and sewer inspection cameras.
- Clearly mark leak locations for excavation and repair teams to facilitate efficient repairs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining findings and recommended next steps in a clear, calming, and professional manner.
- Create comprehensive digital reports, including photos, videos, and mapped diagrams, for insurance and repair purposes.
- Maintain, calibrate, and safeguard sensitive diagnostic equipment to ensure accuracy and longevity.
