Lead Software Engineer - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- 6-8+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven end-to-end solution ownership
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (such as Python, Java, or C++)
- Experience working in modern cloud or platform environments
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from business users and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Background spanning the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
