Lead Software Engineer - Summary- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced software solutions.

- 7+ years of experience leading software delivery teams and developing technology solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with .NET Core, API integration, and Azure Cloud deployment.
- Proficient in React-JS and front-end development technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform and related services.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Alteryx, and Azure Data Factory is preferred.
- Certified AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions or equivalent experience required.
- Demonstrates strong technical leadership and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
