Lead Plumber - Summary
- Oversee and perform residential plumbing installations with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead teams and mentor junior plumbers or helpers on projects

- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills on a daily basis
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and complete a range of residential plumbing installation projects, including water heaters (traditional and tankless), fixtures, water and drain lines, sump pumps, and repipes
- Assist with sewer replacements, drain reroutes, and larger plumbing projects as assigned
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe throughout all phases of installation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Coordinate with helpers and other team members for efficient project completion
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make field adjustments as necessary
- Accurately complete all paperwork, documentation, and reporting related to each job
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inventoried company vehicle
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service on every project

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing installation preferred
- Prior experience leading installation projects or supervising helpers/apprentices
- Strong knowledge of modern residential plumbing systems, repipes, water heaters, tankless systems, and drain work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage projects
- Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Experience with tablets or service software is an advantage
