Laundry Supervisor - Summary- Ensures efficient and accurate linen distribution across assigned departments and facilities
- Supervises and supports production employees and team leads
- Maintains compliance with safety and operational protocols
- Collaborates with management to optimize department productivity
- Prepare and maintain work schedules for production employees in assigned departments
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficient operation
- Track and report productivity records, maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action to employees as needed
- Monitor and report daily fill rates, taking corrective action to resolve discrepancies
- Uphold and enforce a safe work environment for all staff
- Communicate operational issues and challenges to Operations or Production Managers
- Directly supervise laundry department staff and support plant employees as required

- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of combined operations and supervisory experience required

- Proficient in Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
