Laundry Production Worker - Summary- Participate as a member of the production team in a commercial laundry setting.
- Support operations by performing a variety of tasks including sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, packing, and distributing laundry items.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Contribute to meeting production goals and ensuring customer satisfaction through teamwork and attention to detail.
- Sort and process laundry items according to established guidelines.
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect laundry for stains or damage and perform pre-treatment or minor repairs such as sewing and mending when needed.
- Fold, pack, and organize finished laundry items for distribution.
- Adhere to production schedules and maintain required output standards per hour.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment.
- Communicate any recurring technical issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth production flow.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $13 per hour.
