Located in Oak Creek, WI, our state-of-the-art facility offers a dynamic work environment for those who thrive on being part of a cohesive, results-driven team. As a Laundry Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the processing, sorting, cleaning, and preparation of laundry. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy your weekends off.

Laundry Production Worker - Summary
- Serve as a front-line member of the commercial laundry production team
- Perform a variety of laundry processing tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and packing
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
- Support company goals by meeting production standards and maintaining quality control
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process laundry according to established procedures and designated order, including pulling bags, sorting soiled items, and feeding machines
- Operate dryers, washers, stain washers, and other machinery as assigned
- Perform folding, commercial ironing, sewing/mending, and packaging tasks as needed
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as determined per hour
- Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and company policies
- Report any recurring technical issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Complete other duties as assigned by leadership to support overall operations
