- Ensures a continuous and efficient workflow to meet customer requirements and production targets.
- Collaborates with team members and supervisors to maintain high quality and safety standards.
- Maintain the steady flow of linen into machines such as tunnels, washers, and dryers.
- Pull, sort, and process laundry according to designated procedures and order of operations.
- Load linen into machine pockets, ensuring correct sizing and avoiding overloads.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational directions as provided by supervisors.
- Meet or exceed established hourly production standards for throughput and quality.
- Immediately report persistent technical or mechanical issues to supervisors.
