Laundry Production Manager - Summary- Oversees daily operations in an industrial laundry facility focused on healthcare linen processing and delivery.

- Assist Office Manager with human resource functions, including training, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Oversee and document safety and regulatory compliance (HLAC, OSHA, JCAHO).
- Participate in client laundry surveys and documentation processes.
- Support staff appraisals, coaching, and performance improvement plans in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
- Assist with capital expenditure forecasting, equipment installation, and process improvements.
- Develop action plans and succession planning for the supervisory team.

- BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of operations or management experience, preferably in large-scale laundry or commercial plant operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (HLAC, OSHA, JCAHO) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
