The Laundry Production Manager plays an essential role in overseeing the daily operations within an industrial laundry facility, specifically focused on the processing and delivery of healthcare linens. The Laundry Production Manager documents and participates in laundry surveys for prospective clients and assists in performance appraisals and corrective actions for staff. Forecasting for capital expenditures, managing installation and operation of new equipment, and collaborating with the Chief Engineer are also part of the responsibilities assigned to this role. Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of operations or management experience, ideally in a large-scale or commercial laundry setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
