- Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1-3 years of operations or management experience, preferably in large-scale laundry or commercial operations
- Familiarity with HLAC, OSHA, and JCAHO requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Spanish language skills a plus
