We are looking for full-time and part-time Laundry Production Associates to join our dynamic team in Oak Creek, WI. In this vital position, you will be responsible for various frontline production tasks in a commercial laundry facility, helping us meet critical customer needs. Laundry Production Associate - Summary
- Supports daily operations in a large-scale commercial laundry facility.
- Works as part of a team to meet production targets for sanitized linens.
- Performs tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, mending, and packing textiles for hospital and hospitality clients.
- Ensures compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pulls laundry bags and processes linens according to established protocols and order of operations.
- Operates laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and commercial irons as needed.
- Sorts soiled linens and inspects for stains or damage before processing.
- Performs folding, packing, and distribution of finished products to meet customer specifications.
- Follows all safety guidelines and production procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintains assigned production quotas and reports technical issues to supervisors promptly.
- Performs sewing, mending, and stain removal as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Adapts to different production areas as assigned by supervisors.
- Assists with general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned to support overall plant operations.
