The Laundry Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in the comprehensive management of on-site hotel laundry services. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years combined experience in operations and/or management, ideally within laundry or commercial operations.
- BS/BA in Business Management or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret P&L statements.
- Knowledge of laundry production methods, scheduling, and staffing practices.
- Understanding of laundry equipment functions and basic washroom chemistry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Initiative, flexibility, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
