Laundry Machine Operator - Summary- Operate and monitor tunnel wash systems within a high-volume laundry facility.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Ensure the efficient flow and proper handling of linen throughout the production process.
- Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and production standards as set by company guidelines.
- Contribute as a valuable member of the production team supporting healthcare and hospitality clients.
- Maintain the consistent flow of linen into tunnel washers, dryers, and related machines.
- Load linen into machine pockets accurately, monitoring load sizes to avoid overloading.
- Pull bags and process laundry activities in the designated order for maximum efficiency.
- Follow supervisor instructions and established safety protocols at all times.
- Meet or exceed established hourly production standards.
- Promptly notify supervisors of technical issues affecting production.
- Perform additional assigned duties to support overall facility operations.
