Laundry Attendant – Dry Cleaning Presser Summary- Operates laundry and dry cleaning equipment to clean, press, and finish garments and linens.
- Ensures all items meet cleanliness and presentation standards set by operational guidelines.
- Maintains the organization and hygiene of work areas and machinery.
- Supports the hospitality team's goal of providing outstanding service to guests and clients.
- Proficiently operate and maintain various types of laundry and dry cleaning equipment, including washers, dryers, pressing machines, and folding machines.
- Sort soiled linens and garments by type, fabric, and degree of soil to ensure proper cleaning processes are applied.
- Perform pre-treatment and post-treatment of stains according to established procedures, using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
- Adhere strictly to machine instructions and garment care requirements for all washing and dry cleaning activities.
- Press, fold, and assemble cleaned items to specified standards for distribution and guest use.
- Ensure all work areas and equipment are kept clean, organized, and in safe working condition at all times.
- Monitor the cleanliness and readiness of all garments and linens for use, identifying and addressing any quality concerns promptly.
- Meet productivity expectations by processing 50 to 100 items per hour while maintaining high quality standards.
- Comply with all operational, safety, and company policies and procedures.
