Duties & Responsibilities- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and laundry items following established procedures and guidelines.
- Inspect linens for stains, wear, or tear, and separate damaged items according to company policy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities, including equipment and storage areas.
- Collect soiled linens from designated areas and redistribute clean linens to appropriate locations.
- Transport laundry supplies and linen carts between storage, collection, and distribution points.
- Monitor laundry equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the laundry process.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve efficient workflow and meet daily laundry targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
