Duties & Responsibilities- Sort, wash, and dry linens using approved laundry procedures and protocols.
- Fold, count, and stack clean linens in accordance with operational standards.
- Collect soiled linens and redistribute clean linens throughout the facility.
- Transport both clean and soiled linens to designated storage and collection areas as required.
- Provide quality customer service by paying close attention to detail and responding to client needs.
- Routinely inspect linens for wear, damage, or stains and follow Standard Operating Procedures for handling worn or torn items.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in both commercial and residential laundry rooms, adhering to all sanitary protocols.
- Perform additional assigned tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the laundry department.
