Job Title: Landscape & Maintenance Lot Associate
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16/hr

What you'll do:
- Perform basic landscaping tasks such as trimming, mowing, and cleaning up debris
- Keep the lot clean by picking up trash and clearing walkways
- Help with general maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep
- Drive a golf cart around the lot to assist with tasks
- Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
- Work outdoors and stay active throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (THC not included)
- Ability to walk long distances outdoors in Arizona weather
- Reliable attendance is required, as this is a full-time schedule
