Duties & Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Manage all kitchen activities, ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and presented according to established recipes and standards. Oversee cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the kitchen.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep team. Promote teamwork and a positive work culture, providing continuous training and skill development.
- Food Quality and Safety: Implement and monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation. Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Manage food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure effective portion control. Work closely with management to set and monitor kitchen budgets, optimizing cost efficiency.
- Staff Training and Development: Guide kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, recipe adherence, and plating standards. Foster an environment of ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchen meets all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and records relevant to compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, Culinary Manager, or Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant
- Strong culinary background and understanding of kitchen operations
