Kitchen Manager (KM) - Summary
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure a consistent and outstanding guest experience
- Supervise, train, and develop a diverse team of front-of-house and support staff
- Partner with kitchen and back-of-house management to coordinate seamless service delivery
- Uphold brand standards and regulatory compliance for food safety and workplace safety
- Actively participate in service, providing hands-on leadership and support
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily front-of-house operations to guarantee a high-quality guest experience
- Recruit, train, and mentor servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure adherence to company standards, operational procedures, and health and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate leadership through active floor presence and direct engagement with guests and staff
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate guest service and resolve any operational challenges
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on business needs and budget targets
- Respond to guest feedback, addressing and resolving complaints effectively and professionally
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and handling weekly administrative tasks
- Support the development of a performance-driven culture through ongoing training and feedback

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of front-of-house management experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering superior guest service
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ServSafe and/or state or local food handler certification preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
