Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily back-of-house operations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience
- Supervise, train, and develop kitchen team members to build a high-performing, motivated staff
- Uphold and enforce brand standards, operational procedures, and all applicable health and safety regulations
- Drive high standards of service excellence through visible, hands-on leadership
- Partner with front-of-house managers to maintain smooth operations and quickly resolve any service issues
- Manage labor and staffing levels to align with business volume and established budget goals
- Assist with inventory control, ordering of supplies, and weekly administrative duties as assigned
- Support ongoing training and performance management to foster a strong, team-oriented kitchen culture

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of back-of-house management experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated success in guest service and team leadership within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe and/or state/local food handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
