Kitchen Manager - Summary
- Oversees back-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of back-of-house management experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Demonstrated success in guest service delivery and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling practices, and cost control measures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe and/or state/local food handler certification preferred
