- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and memorable guest experiences
- Support and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive, inclusive work culture
- Maintain rigorous food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency standards
- Actively participate in budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
- Supervise and coordinate back-of-house activities, ensuring seamless kitchen performance

- Implement and monitor food safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Assist in managing kitchen budgets, controlling labor and food costs, and maximizing profitability
