Kitchen Manager – Summary
- Lead daily kitchen operations for a full-service, family-friendly restaurant
- Ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all back-of-house activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and sanitation
- Uphold rigorous standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen
- Train, mentor, and develop hourly kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor inventory, manage food and labor costs, and coordinate with suppliers for timely and accurate product delivery
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency and quality
- Support positive guest experiences by ensuring timely food delivery and high-quality presentation
- Enforce company policies, health regulations, and safety protocols at all times
- Work closely with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and communication
- Lead by example, modeling professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
