Kitchen Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Enforce company brand standards, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations across all shifts.
- Provide hands-on leadership by maintaining an active presence on the floor during peak hours.
- Work in partnership with kitchen managers to address and resolve service issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and adjust labor and staffing levels to meet business needs and budgetary requirements.
- Handle guest feedback, address concerns, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering of supplies, and completion of weekly administrative tasks.
- Support ongoing staff training, performance management, and the development of a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service and effective team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServSafe and/or state/local food handler certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
