Kitchen Manager - Summary
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all kitchen activities, from food preparation to final plating. Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee Kitchen Operations: Manage all aspects of kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ensure all dishes meet company standards for quality, consistency, and timeliness.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager in a scratch kitchen restaurant setting
- Demonstrated strong culinary skills and in-depth understanding of kitchen operations
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
