Kitchen Manager - Summary
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen steakhouse environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain quality and timely service. Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a diverse team of chefs, cooks, and prep staff. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to enhance skills and promote teamwork.
- Food Quality and Safety: Uphold strict standards of food safety and sanitation. Conduct regular inspections, enforce compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Manage food inventory, reduce waste, and implement portion control measures. Collaborate with management to set budgets and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff on cooking techniques, plating, and recipe adherence. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the kitchen.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure complete compliance with all health, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.

- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager in a scratch kitchen restaurant setting
- Strong culinary background with solid knowledge of kitchen operations
