Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide uncompromising excellence in food quality and guest service at all times.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and dining room systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Direct, coach, and train assistant managers and team members on company policies, safety, and standards.
- Consistently execute all operational systems, standards, and cost control measures.
- Set and communicate clear goals to the General Manager and Local Owner, ensuring alignment across all levels.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and guests to foster strong relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
- Oversee Back of House schedules, maintain optimal staffing levels, and manage labor goals to support guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the kitchen and related departments.
- Lead recruitment and hiring efforts to build and retain a high-performing team.
- Ensure all food and service standards are consistently met to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures and equipment operation standards.
- Maintain composure and demonstrate sound judgment in high-pressure, high-volume settings.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
