Karaoke General Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, and managing peak business periods.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and uphold operational efficiency standards.
- Implement and maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance protocols throughout the venue.
- Recruit, hire, train, and support a team of staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews for all team members.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, labor costs, and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify growth opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational processes.
- Work collaboratively with corporate headquarters on market research, site evaluation, and planning for future store development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
Ideal Candidate Snapshot
- Fluency in Japanese is a plus but not required.
