Duties & Responsibilities- Lead the installation and repair of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring all work meets company standards and local codes.
- Oversee jobsite workflow, effectively delegating tasks and supervising apprentices to foster their professional growth.
- Communicate directly with customers, providing professional, solution-oriented service and addressing any concerns or questions promptly and effectively.
- Ensure each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards set by Eagle Pipe Heating & Air.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to maintain efficient workflows and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, including job documentation, materials lists, and service reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Represent Eagle Pipe Heating & Air with professionalism on every job, upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

- Minimum of five years’ professional plumbing experience, preferably in both residential and light commercial environments.
- Active Washington State journeyman plumbing license, confirming your expertise and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems and best practices.
