We are currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician (Residential, Licensed) to join our dynamic team. This full-time opportunity involves hands-on work with residential electrical systems, particularly in the installation and maintenance of electric heat pump systems. Journeyman Electrician (Residential, Licensed) - Summary- Key role in residential home electrification and sustainable energy transitions
- Full-time position focused on electrical system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaboration with engineering and installation teams to improve processes and product integration
- Commitment to high standards of safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship
- Install and upgrade electrical systems for residential heat pump installations
- Calculate electrical loads and perform main electrical panel upgrades as required
- Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure system functionality
- Perform preventive maintenance on various residential electrical systems
- Collaborate with team members, including engineers, to improve installation efficiency and product quality
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with current electrical codes and safety regulations
- Test and verify the functionality and efficiency of installed electrical systems

- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or Wireman License
- Extensive experience with residential electrical retrofit projects
- Knowledge of modern residential electrical technologies, including smart panels, splitters, and sub-panels
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics
- Solid understanding of current residential building codes and electrical safety standards
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required
- Valid driver's license
