- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira Cloud administration and support.
- 2+ years of experience managing Jira Service Management Cloud environments.
- 4+ years of Groovy scripting experience within Jira, including usage of ScriptRunner.
- Expertise with Jira Cloud add-ons and tools, including automation, planning, reporting, and structure management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in remote work settings.
- Deep technical knowledge of Jira Cloud administration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and automation.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Jira solutions.
