Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued upon entering the store.
- Provide detailed information about jewelry collections, including diamonds and high-end designer pieces such as Rolex, David Yurman, Roberto Coin, and Simon G.
- Assist customers in selecting pieces that best commemorate special occasions, including engagements, anniversaries, and other major life events.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and showcase jewelry with confidence and professionalism.
- Contribute to the creation and curation of digital content for the company's social media channels and website, supporting online engagement and promotion of products.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
