Ivalua Consultant - Summary- Serve as a subject matter expert for Ivalua solutions within procurement and source-to-pay (S2P) operations.
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Ivalua platforms.
- Work remotely as part of an experienced, dedicated team focused on process transformation.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Ivalua modules for Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Translate functional requirements into effective Ivalua solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the Ivalua implementation lifecycle, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier management teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface design for seamless system connectivity.

- Current Ivalua L3 Certification is required for the Ivalua Consultant position.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Ivalua solutions.
- Proven involvement in at least one full end-to-end Ivalua implementation lifecycle.
- Strong functional knowledge in strategic sourcing, contract management, procurement operations, supplier management, P2P, or S2P.
- Understanding of system integration concepts such as REST APIs, SOAP services, flat files, and SFTP-based integrations.
- Experienced in leading Ivalua projects with a comprehensive understanding of procurement transformation.
- Effective communicator with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
