As an IT Systems Engineer (Level 3, MSP, Windows Server, Networking), you will play a key role in delivering advanced IT solutions and supporting both pre- and post-sales activities. Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery meetings, site surveys, technical assessments, and proposal development.
- Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments for client networks, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
- Design and implement Local Area Networks (LANs) tailored to client requirements, optimizing for reliability and scalability.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive network security measures to protect client data and infrastructure.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot network software and hardware to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Build and deploy on-premises file servers and cloud computing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Configure and deploy Voice over IP (VOIP) solutions for unified communication environments.
- Troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues, escalating and resolving as necessary.
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server environments for seamless business communication.
- Implement and maintain advanced telephone solutions for client operations.
- Monitor alert systems, respond according to guidelines, and use event logs for timely repairs.
- Receive and resolve escalated service requests requiring advanced technical expertise.
- Facilitate new user onboarding processes for seamless integration into client systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory in a business environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as sales engineering or technical account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven experience drafting proposals and implementing technical solutions to address business needs.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, and reliable team player.
- Strong understanding of business productivity systems and the ability to align technology with organizational goals.
- Experience using RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools such as Kaseya or Connectwise is highly desirable.
- Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) or ticketing systems such as Autotask or Connectwise is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and multitasking abilities.
- Sales training experience is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a significant plus.
