Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Evaluate current systems, recommend, and implement improvements
- Maintain expertise in the latest information systems technologies and share knowledge with the team
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure changes, system upgrades, and best practices
- Create thorough documentation for system deployments, configurations, and support processes
- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Linux operating systems
- Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell or Ansible for system automation
- Manage and support VMWare ESX environments (6.0/6.5/6.7/7.0)
- Oversee message collaboration systems, including Exchange and O365
