As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire process of hardware and software orders, from initial receipt to final installation, working closely with Workstation Support Services. Your attention to detail will be essential as you label equipment and document device specifications in accordance with client standards. You will handle on-site installations independently, ensuring that users receive prompt and friendly customer service, as well as comprehensive technical support for equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
In this role, you will also serve as a technical liaison, collaborating with a variety of support services and participating in end-user training when required.
