Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for employees, resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring all hardware and software is up to date and secure
- Assist with workstation setup, software installation, and comprehensive onboarding for new end users
- Monitor system performance, identify potential improvements, and participate in technology refresh initiatives
- Support server and network infrastructure including installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve help desk requests promptly while delivering a high level of customer service
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials
- Train end users on technology best practices and newly implemented systems or software
- Stay informed about the latest IT support trends, security protocols, and emerging technologies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical role
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud technologies
- Understanding of basic networking, system administration, and endpoint support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance within the IT field
