IDR is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to become a valued member of our client’s healthcare technology team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive technical support for workstations and peripherals within a dynamic hospital environment. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for break/fix operations, refreshing computing hardware, and troubleshooting a diverse range of devices commonly found in clinical settings. Your expertise in supporting IT equipment such as hand scanners, e-signature pads, tap-and-go authentication devices, Zebra printers, HP printers, iPhones, and iPads will be highly valued. Utilizing ServiceNow, you will document and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and accurately. Collaboration with medical staff, clinicians, and internal IT teams will be vital as you work to maintain optimal workstation performance and uphold the high standards of healthcare technology support.
