As an IT Support Specialist (MSP), you will serve as a technical resource and point of escalation for client projects, technical assessments, and ongoing managed service delivery. Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including participation in discovery meetings, site visits, technical proposals, and solution presentations.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Local Area Networks (LANs), ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
- Implement and monitor network security measures to safeguard client infrastructure.
- Optimize and maintain network hardware and software, including troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Build, deploy, and manage file servers and cloud-based computing solutions to enhance client productivity.
- Configure and deploy Voice over IP (VOIP) and telephone solutions for seamless communication.
- Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting and manage escalated service requests that require advanced expertise.
- Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server and related messaging platforms.
- Monitor alert systems, respond to events as per established guidelines, and undertake appropriate corrective actions.
- Utilize event logs and diagnostic messages to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support new user onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and secure integration into client environments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.
- Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role such as sales engineering or technical consulting, with a strong emphasis on communication and service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to write technical proposals and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage business-level clients and understand their technology challenges.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and service requests.
- Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and professional services automation (PSA) ticketing systems is highly desirable.
- Proven problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment is a significant asset.
- Sales training and familiarity with business productivity systems are considered a plus.
