IT Support Specialist - Summary- Provide onsite and remote IT support for end users in a dynamic environment
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Windows, Azure Active Directory, and mobile device management
- Support the organization’s operational efficiency by managing computer imaging and identity management

- Three years of experience in a Service Desk or similar IT support environment
- Preferred college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Current certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL practices is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced IT professional with a background in service desk support
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in Microsoft platforms and mobile device management
